Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Reengineering Nexus processes the personal data of visitors to reeng.space and of people who contact us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Data you send us through the contact form

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to your request: information about the spaces, quotes, booking a visit or the meeting room.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply.

The message is forwarded to our business mailbox: the site does not store it in a database. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than required by law.

The same applies if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. For WhatsApp, WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy also applies.

Browsing data

Like every website, the servers hosting reeng.space automatically record some technical data about requests: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and any errors. We use it only to keep the site running and secure (for example to block abuse of the contact form), based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for up to 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate an offence.

Cookies and similar technologies

Technical cookies (always on, no consent required)

• .AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*: protects the contact form against forged submissions. Lasts until you close the browser.
• .AspNetCore.Mvc.CookieTempDataProvider: shows the result of the form submission after the redirect. Deleted right afterwards.
• reeng-consent (browser local storage): remembers whether you accepted or rejected third-party cookies, so we don't ask on every page. Kept until you clear the site's data.

Third-party cookies (only if you click “Accept”)

• Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): measures how many people reach the site from our ads and how many then contact us (conversions). It may set cookies such as _gcl_au. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited): shows the map of our location at the bottom of the pages. Without consent the map is not loaded, and you can still open it on Google Maps with the link below it.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To download them your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address; Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or publish your data. It may be processed, on our behalf or as independent controllers, only by the providers needed to run the site:

• our email provider (Aruba S.p.A.), through which contact form messages are forwarded;
• Google Ireland Limited, for Google Ads, Google Maps and Google Fonts, as described above.

Transfers outside the EU

Google may also process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Google has joined, and on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and you can withdraw your cookie consent without affecting processing already carried out. Just write to info@reengineering.it.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice, for example if we add new services to the site. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
