How much does a private office in Cosenza cost?
Private rooms, VAT included, range from €350 (2 desks) to €550 (5 desks) without the meeting room, and from €390 to €590 with the meeting room included (8 hours per month, then €30/hour). These are launch rates. The rate covers furniture, connectivity, utilities, cleaning and 24/7 access.
What is included in the price?
Every office includes: full furniture with electric desks and ergonomic chairs, 2.5 Gbps FTTH fiber with 5G backup, Wi-Fi 6/7, Cat 6a network with a dedicated VLAN, interactive LIM display, 24/7 smart access, utilities, air conditioning and cleaning. Use of the meeting room (8 hours per month included) is part of the 'with meeting room' plan. Coffee and drinks are at the company's expense and included only when renting the meeting room.
Can I access the space 24/7?
Yes. Tenants can come and go at any time, day or night, via smart access with code, fingerprint or NFC. Support and information via WhatsApp are available from 9:00 to 19:00.
Can I rent just the meeting room?
Yes, the meeting room can also be booked by external clients without renting an office: €30 per hour, €100 for a half day (4 hours) and €180 for a full day (8 hours). Break room and drinks are included.
Where are you and what about parking?
We are in central Cosenza, at Viale delle Medaglie d’Oro 37, on the sixth and top floor, a short walk from the bus station. Nearby you will find the EasyPark and Quick Bilotti car parks and paid on-street parking.
